Dialysis Tubes
The use of dialysis tubes is the classical method for performing sample dialysis in the laboratory. Depending on the sample volume, the length of the tube can be individually adjusted and closed with sealing clamps. The sample is dialyzed against the dialysis buffer of choice in a beaker. The dialysis time can be increased by changing the buffer several times.
